“Bought an EV and had no idea what my panel could handle. They did the load calculation, told me straight that I had room, and installed the charger two days later.”
“The quote they gave me on the phone was the number on the invoice. That is apparently rare and it shouldn't be.”
“The dispatcher actually understood what I was describing on the phone and told me which breaker to shut off before they arrived.”
Most Allston service calls are scheduled same-day or next-day, and emergency calls are dispatched around the clock. Call (833) 652-8933 and we'll give you a real arrival window before we hang up.

Small repairs and diagnostics typically start in the low hundreds; larger jobs like panel upgrades or rewires are quoted flat after we see the work. You get the number before anything starts.
