Something is wrong with the power right now. OSB runs a 24 hour emergency electrician service in North Adams — nights, weekends and holidays. Call (833) 652-8933 and speak to a real dispatcher, not a machine.
“Every smart switch I bought failed because there was no neutral. They pulled neutrals in the rooms that needed it and set up the rest properly.”
“Whole-house LED retrofit across our warehouse. Our lighting bill dropped and you can finally read labels on the top rack.”
“Storm took out our power for four days last winter. This year we have a standby generator that started itself while we were asleep.”
Yes. OSB dispatches emergency electricians in North Adams 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Call (833) 652-8933 and you will reach a live dispatcher.
If you smell burning or see sparks, switch off the affected breaker — or the main breaker if you can reach it safely. Don't touch a hot outlet, and leave the building if there's smoke. Then call (833) 652-8933.
After-hours rates are quoted up front on the call, before we roll a truck. You'll never be surprised by the number on the invoice.
That's usually the utility's line, and we'll tell you so honestly. If only your house is out, or half of it, the fault is on your side of the meter and that's exactly what we fix.
Absolutely. Most emergency calls in North Adams end with the hazard isolated and power restored to the rest of the building, then a scheduled return for the permanent fix.
