Charging on a standard outlet gets you a handful of miles an hour. A Level 2 charger fills the battery overnight. OSB installs home and workplace EV charging across Belmont, including the load calculation your panel actually needs.
“Bought an EV and had no idea what my panel could handle. They did the load calculation, told me straight that I had room, and installed the charger two days later.”
“Six recessed lights in the kitchen and a dimmer that actually works. The ceiling patch was so small I didn't need a painter.”
“Every smart switch I bought failed because there was no neutral. They pulled neutrals in the rooms that needed it and set up the rest properly.”

Yes — hardwired, commissioned, and set to the right breaker size for your vehicle and panel.
