Charging on a standard outlet gets you a handful of miles an hour. A Level 2 charger fills the battery overnight. OSB installs home and workplace EV charging across East Otis, including the load calculation your panel actually needs.
“Whole-house LED retrofit across our warehouse. Our lighting bill dropped and you can finally read labels on the top rack.”
“Breaker had been tripping for months and two other companies just replaced parts. OSB traced it to a backstabbed outlet behind a bookcase in twenty minutes.”
“Lost a furnace board and a TV in one storm. They put a surge device on the panel and explained exactly what it does and doesn't cover.”

Yes — hardwired, commissioned, and set to the right breaker size for your vehicle and panel.

We file it, meet the inspector, and hand you the closed permit for any rebate paperwork.
