Charging on a standard outlet gets you a handful of miles an hour. A Level 2 charger fills the battery overnight. OSB installs home and workplace EV charging across North Weymouth, including the load calculation your panel actually needs.
“Sold our house and the buyer's inspector flagged eight electrical items. OSB fixed all of them in one visit and wrote it up so we could close on time.”
“Lost a furnace board and a TV in one storm. They put a surge device on the panel and explained exactly what it does and doesn't cover.”
“Fan on a vaulted ceiling that two handymen said couldn't be done. Right downrod, right box, level and silent.”
A short run from a panel with free capacity is often under a thousand dollars plus the unit. Long runs, trenching, or a panel upgrade raise it. We quote flat after a quick look at your panel.
Not always. A load calculation decides it. Many North Weymouth homes on 200 amp service take a 48A charger without changes; older 100 amp services often need an upgrade or a load-management device.
Yes — hardwired, commissioned, and set to the right breaker size for your vehicle and panel.
Most North Weymouth installs are done in a few hours. Trenching to a detached garage or a same-day panel upgrade extends it to a full day.
We file it, meet the inspector, and hand you the closed permit for any rebate paperwork.
