Lighting is the cheapest thing you can change that makes a room feel completely different. OSB lays out and installs recessed, pendant, under-cabinet, landscape and security lighting across West Tisbury.

“Six recessed lights in the kitchen and a dimmer that actually works. The ceiling patch was so small I didn't need a painter.”
“Garage had one outlet and a light on the house circuit. Now it has a sub-panel and I can actually use my tools.”
Most West Tisbury retrofits price per can, with the first light costing more because it carries the circuit and switch work. Six lights in one room is the usual sweet spot.

Yes, on a rated fan/fixture box with proper support. Heavy fixtures need a box that carries the weight, not a standard ceiling box.
